This Privacy Policy applies to any users of LexDigi or LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi) anywhere in the world.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy also applies to a LexDigi Partner. Thus, the terms "User", "you", and "your" shall be read accordingly when used in this Privacy Policy as it also refers to our LexDigi Partners as users of LexDigi or LexDigi Services for purposes including, creating its LexDigi Partner Content and/ or in delivering its LexDigi Partner Services.

LexGo may collect information to provide better services to all of our Users. Information can be procured and collected when you open, access and/ or utilize LexDigi and any of the LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi), and including but not limited to modifying or logging in to your LexDigi account, using the features or tools of LexDigi, submitting or uploading any documents to LexDigi or any of the LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi), subscribing to our newsletter and/ or notifications, sending feedback to us or LexDigi Partners, signing up for special offers from third parties through LexDigi or any of the LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi), contacting LexGo (including for customer support) and completing surveys sent to you by LexGo or on behalf of LexGo.

By providing the Information in any form using or in connection to LexDigi or the LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi), you confirmed and verified the accuracy and the accordance of the Information provided with the purposes of the procuration and collection of the Information stated herein.

The information procured and collected by LexGo includes:
  • Personal and Non-Personal information.

    This Information includes, among others, your name, address, email address, telephone number, information as stated on the documents you submit and/or upload and any other information that is not publicly available, payment details such as, among others, your payment method, bank account number, credit card number, type, expiration date, security code or any other relevant information. LexGo may provide such payment details to third parties for purposes of payment related facilitation of the LexDigi Services or the LexDigi Partner Services, as applicable. You will be granted the access to edit, update, revise or delete your personal information provided by you with respect to your Account

    We or our authorized Vendors also gather non-personally identifiable information about you when you open, access, and/ or utilize LexDigi, making payment, subscribing to our newsletter and/ or notifications, sending feedback to us, LexDigi Partners or Vendors, signing up for special offers from third parties, visiting LexDigi Partner's page and using any of the LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi).

    When you use any LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi), we automatically collect and store details such as your IP address, your browser type, the operating system you are using, part of the site accessed by you, any content viewed or downloaded from LexDigi, the referring page, time you visit and information about your activities (such as the links you click and pages you view) within such LexDigi Services or LexDigi Partner Services.

    Subject to the Laws and Regulations, any feedback you provide to us related to LexDigi and the LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi) shall be deemed to be non-confidential information.     LexGo uses the Information to assist you when you contact our customer support services, including to: (i) investigate, address and provide solution to any trouble which you may encounter when interacting with LexDigi and/or using the LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi) and (ii) monitor and improve our customer support service.

    You acknowledge and agree in its core, LexDigi is operated, and the LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi) are provided, by using internet transmissions, and you acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send when utilising LexDigi and/or when interacting with us for the LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi) may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission is encrypted. If you have particular security concern about certain personal information, please do not transmit that information over the internet. You agree that LexGo will not be responsible for any breach of security relating for any message, information or document transmitted by you over the internet.

    In the event of any failure to protect the Information on LexDigi or in relation to the utilization of LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi) occur, we will inform you in writing which can be delivered to you through any electronic services or manually with registered post.

Data Ownership

Subject to the provision of this Privacy Policy, no title, license, copyright or any other rights, regardless whether or not covered by intellectual and/or industrial property rights, are granted expressly or impliedly. All data relating to your personal information that you post, submit, transmit, upload or otherwise make available during your utilization of LexDigi and/ or your interaction with us for the LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi) would still belong to you.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may change, modified, supplemented or otherwise amended the Privacy Policy occasionally without prior notification to you. By continue using LexDigi and/or the LexDigi Services (including the LexDigi Partner Services, if provided and/or obtained through LexDigi) after such changes, modifications, supplements and/ or amendments to the Privacy Policy, you consent to such changes, modifications supplements and/or amendments. We advise you to periodically review and check for any changes, modifications supplements and/or amendments of this Privacy Policy. Language

This Privacy Policy is made in both Bahasa Indonesia and English languages. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the two language versions, you agree that the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict, and the English language version shall be deemed to be automatically amended to be consistent with the Bahasa Indonesia version.
